The Experience Coordinator provides vital support to the Experience Department, ensuring a seamless experience for both patients and internal team members. This role focuses on organization, communication, data entry, and project coordination. Working closely with the Director of Experience and Patient Benefit Managers, the Experience Coordinator plays a key role in enhancing the overall efficiency and positive impact of the department.

Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Assist the Director of Experience and Patient Benefit Managers with administrative tasks including scheduling, organizing files, data entry, and handling departmental documentation. 
  • Communication Management: Handle both internal and external communications with professionalism, accuracy, and a positive tone. 
  • Data Entry: Accurately input and manage data within systems and spreadsheets to support department tracking and reporting. 
  • Project Assistance: Support departmental projects by helping coordinate logistics, timelines, and necessary follow-ups. 
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure effective collaboration and support for Experience initiatives. 
  • Document Preparation: Create, edit, and distribute materials as needed for meetings, reports, and internal communications. 
  • CRM & System Use: Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM and other applicable software tools. 
  • Meeting Coordination and Support: Assist in planning and supporting internal team meetings, and experience-related activities. 
  • Maintain Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost trust and discretion. 
  • Positive Representation: Represent the Experience Department in a positive, efficient, and trustworthy manner. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned 

Qualifications

  • Excellent attention to detail, with strong organizational and time management skills. 
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. 
  • Demonstrated trustworthiness and ability to handle confidential information responsibly. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools. 
  • Experience in administrative or support roles is a plus. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy. 
  • Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen as applicable by state. 

Pay Range

USD $22.00 - USD $22.00 /Yr.
