We are seeking Regional Director to join our team. This role is crucial in assessing patient needs, coordinating care, and ensuring effective communication among all parties involved in patient care.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

 

· Financial Oversight: Manage P&L, budget, and costs. Set revenue targets and monitor financial performance.

 

· Performance Metrics: Track and analyze KPIs; develop strategies to meet budget and performance goals.

 

· Patient Care Management: Oversee patient referrals, documentation, and care flow. Handle authorizations and quality assurance.

 

· Compliance and Survey Readiness: Ensure adherence to regulations, manage licensure, and lead corrective actions. Serve as Administrator or Alternate Administrator as needed.

 

· Team Leadership: Manage and develop staff, conduct evaluations, and oversee recruitment. Foster employee engagement and retention.

 

· Patient Experience: Monitor and improve patient satisfaction metrics.

 

· Operational Leadership: Drive regional operational plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead growth initiatives.

 

· Accounts Receivable: Address payment delays and manage caregiver time allocation.

 

· Community and Competitive Engagement: Conduct outreach, build community relationships, and analyze competitive landscape.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications: 

 

· Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

· 2+ years of leadership experience in home health care.

· Strong management, communication, and organizational skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong analytical skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen if applicable.

Pay Range

USD $85,000.00 - USD $95,000.00 /Yr.
