Home Health Aide (HHA) Coordinator – Job Overview

As an HHA Coordinator, you'll support Case Managers by organizing and overseeing care provided by Home Health Aides. Your responsibilities will include scheduling, training, and ensuring compliance with care plans. Additionally, you'll assist in hiring HHAs and support Area Managers or Directors with various tasks.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare orientation materials for new HHAs.

  • Assist in hiring and training HHAs.

  • Coordinate schedules and manage HHA assignments.

  • Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

  • Maintain communication between HHAs, Case Managers, and clients.

  • Address and resolve scheduling issues promptly.

  • Keep track of HHA compliance and training requirements.

  • Deliver care kits and necessary supplies to clients.


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • CNA training is preferred.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.


Additional Information

  • This role may require travel between client locations using your personal vehicle.

  • Competitive pay is offered (specific range not provided).

  • This position does not include supervisory responsibilities.
